            读前活动是让学生做到享受阅读的关键

pre-reading在英文阅读环节中占有重要的地位,它的功能我认为主要有两点。一是,对阅读内容作出预测,唤起学生阅读的兴趣;二是,减少学生阅读的难度,避免他们产生阅读的厌倦感。总之,是让学生积极主动的去享受阅读。为此,我这样设计了lottery winners一文的pre-reading activities.

Step1.I will show a lottery ticket and explain the meaning of     lottery.

 Step2. I will use the means of brainstorm to ask the students three questions.

1:   Have you ever bought a lottery?

2:   What do you think people buy lottery for?
           (引学生入题)
      3:Most people may think a lottery winner is very lucky.    What’s your opinion?
   (可能同学们有不同的答案。此时,引入赵本山,范伟的小品。激发学生兴趣,调动学生思维,积极参与讨论。)

step3. I will ask students to have a discussion about :

“ what will you do if you become a lottery winner? ”

When the students answer, I will  put  forward and expain

      some new words such as :  financial disaster fame furniture     invest. 

     Step 4.let students read the passage.

     Now here is a passage about a lottery winner.Do you want to know what happened to him?Please  guess.Then go through the whole passage and find out  whether you are right or not?

    总之,这个读前活动就是围绕着让学生享受阅读去设计的,最大限度的去激发起学生阅读的兴趣,最大限度的降低阅读的难度。
